Introduction:

LP-200D Automatic Bottle Unscrambler is making up with the bottle elevator, unscrambling rotary plate, bottle rejecting devices, unscrambling and electrical control cabinet. It can arrange the disordered empty plastic bottles into good order. This is the upgrade version with simple structure; width adjusting and change over can be done in 10 minutes.

Features:

1.The machine is with simple structure and takes less space; it can handle the bottles from 50-1000ml.

2. No modules are needed when doing change-over, adjustment is fast and simple, and the width can be adjusted by the handle within 10 minutes.

3. Coordination sensor, it will stop bottle unscrambling when there is jam of the other sections of the filling line, it will start again when the jam is cleared. It will have the perfect linkage with the other sections of the filling line.

4. Bottle mouth reverse and blowing function, this will make sure there is nothing in the bottle

5. The bottle unscramble is equipped with mechanical rejecting system, it will reject the unqualified bottles to the bottle hopper automatically.
